Terms of Use

Plain English, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. This page covers who can take part, how the prize is decided, and what we are and are not claiming.
Who we are
AwareSprint is operated by Cyberneticsplus Services Pvt Ltd, incorporated in India. In these terms, we and us mean that company, and you means the person using the service. By registering, you accept these terms and ourprivacy policy.
What AwareSprint is
A security awareness training service delivered as short daily challenges, with a company leaderboard and a completion record. The flagship is a thirty day challenge running from 1 October to 30 October 2026, with results on 31 October.
Every scenario in the training is simulated. We will never ask you for a real password, a real customer record, or access to your device.
Who can take part
- You need an email address at your own organisation domain. Personal and temporary email providers cannot be used, because company groups are formed from the email domain.
- You must be old enough to work in your country and be acting on behalf of the organisation whose address you use.
- The first person to verify an address at a domain becomes the administrator for that company group. Administration can be transferred.
- We may decline or remove a registration where the domain or the activity looks like an attempt to game the prize.
Using it properly
Do not share your sign in link, register addresses that are not yours, automate answers, or attempt to interfere with scoring or other people's accounts. Security testing of the platform is welcome, but through the route on oursecurity page, not against live company data.
Prize rules
These are published before the challenge opens and do not change once it has started.
Free to enter
No purchase, no payment, and no card is required at any point.
One winner, not everyone
A company with 25 or more verified employees has one winner from that company. Companies with fewer than 25 are pooled together by region, and each regional pool has one winner in total.
You must finish everything
Only employees who complete all thirty challenges qualify. Completing twenty nine does not.
It is not a draw
The winner is decided by total score. If scores tie, by how many challenges were completed on their own unlock day. If still tied, by lowest total elapsed time measured from when each challenge unlocked, so timezone does not advantage anyone.
The prize
An Amazon gift voucher. Amounts are shown on the challenge page in the currency of your region and are fixed before the challenge opens.
Verification
We may verify eligibility before issuing a prize, including company size at the point the challenge closes. Company size is frozen at that moment.
Taxes
Any tax on a prize is the winner’s responsibility. We are not your employer and the prize is not employment income from us.
Who cannot win
People working for Cyberneticsplus Services Pvt Ltd and their immediate families are excluded from prizes. They can still take part.
Auditability
Results are recorded so a winner can be verified afterwards. If you believe a result is wrong, tell us and we will check it.
Content and ownership
The challenges, scenarios and materials are ours. You may use them inside your organisation for training while you have access. Do not republish, resell or use them to build a competing service. Your company's completion records belong to your company, and you can export them.
Your data
Covered in full in the privacy policy. In short: a work email address, a display name you choose, and your progress. No passwords, no device access. If you opted into security tips and product news, you can unsubscribe from any email in one click and it will not affect your place in the challenge.
What we do not promise
AwareSprint produces evidence that training happened and shows how people improved. It does not make your organisation compliant with any standard, and it will not stop a determined attacker on its own. Treat it as one control among many.
The service is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us, which for the 2026 season is nothing.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Prize rules are the exception: once a challenge opens, its rules are fixed. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions go tohello@awaresprint.com.
